Terms of Service for Combine Google Drive

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, running, or accessing Combine Google Drive (also known as Unified Drive, hereinafter the "Application") or utilizing associated resources on https://kbnai.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and kbnai.co ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Application & Architecture

Combine Google Drive is a desktop utility application developed for macOS that allows users to connect, unify, browse, and organize their personal or enterprise Google Drive storage accounts locally on their machine.

The Application is built as a Zero-Knowledge Local Terminal:

• All requests and file synchronization pipelines execute directly between your device and Google's official API servers (googleapis.com) via encrypted HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
• kbnai.co does not operate middleman servers, file caches, or cloud proxy relays that ingest or process your files.
• Offline files downloaded by your explicit instruction reside exclusively in your personal macOS user directory (e.g. ~/UnifiedDrive).

3. Google Services & API Compliance

The Application requires authorization to access Google Drive APIs via standard Google OAuth 2.0. By using the Application with your Google Account:

• You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
• You acknowledge that our handling of Google user data strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• You represent that you are the authorized holder of any Google account you connect to the Application, or have received proper organizational authority to access and manage its contents.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content Rights

Your Content Remains Yours: kbnai.co does not own, review, monetize, or claim any intellectual property rights over any files, folders, documents, images, audio, video, code, or metadata that you sync, view, or manage using Combine Google Drive.

Application License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, kbnai.co grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and run the Application on macOS hardware you own or control. All title, copyright, and intellectual property rights in the Application software, branding, UI designs, and documentation remain the exclusive property of kbnai.co.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

When using Combine Google Drive, you agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from compiled binaries of the Application, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Application in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws, including copyright or intellectual property regulations.
• Attempt to bypass, defeat, or manipulate API rate limits, security validations, or authorization scopes established by Google or the Application.
• Use the software to distribute malicious code, trojans, ransomware, or prohibited contraband.

6. Deletion, Revocation & Disconnection

You may terminate your use of Combine Google Drive at any time. Because the Application is a local terminal:

• You can instantly revoke OAuth API access for Combine Google Drive by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• You can delete all locally cached files by removing the ~/UnifiedDrive directory from your Mac.
• Uninstalling the Application removes all local application execution components.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

kbnai.co does not warrant that the Application will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that network connections to Google APIs will be continuous, or that third-party modifications by Google to their API specifications will not affect functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KBNAI.CO, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION OR GOOGLE SERVICES.

Combine Google Drive implements safety confirmations for file operations (such as moving items to Google Drive Trash rather than permanently deleting them). However, users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical data.

9. Modifications to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application after revised Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to such modifications.

10. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of remaining provisions.
